Damage\/cleaning deposit must be dated the day the event will take place and will be refunded when inspection criteria have been met.<\/li>\n<li>No items may be attached to the walls or ceiling by use of tacks, tape, pins. Hooks are in place for this purpose.<\/li>\n<li>If alcohol will be sold or served, Alcohol Liability Insurance must be obtained with a copy given to Hall Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Keys must be returned to Hall Manager within 24 hours. If keys are lost there will be a $25 charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Cleaning Checklist<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1469787746299{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h6>If any requirements on the checklist below are not met, a $25 fee per item will be deducted from the damage\/cleaning deposit.<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean tables and return them to designated storage spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Clean chairs and stack 10 high.<\/li>\n<li>Sweep and wash floors*, including stage.<\/li>\n<li>Place garbage (in bags only) in the wooden box outside the kitchen door. Lock garbage box.<\/li>\n<li>Garbage weighing over 20 pounds must be taken to the local landfill.<\/li>\n<li>Recycling is not accepted here\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0please take recycling to yellow bin at Hopkins\u2019 Harvest.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off all lights.<\/li>\n<li>Thermostat to be left at 62 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Clean washrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Lock sound system in closet.<\/li>\n<li>Clean kitchen with all dishes\/appliances\/equipment clean and put in proper places.<\/li>\n<li>Lock kitchen, patio and all exit doors.<\/li>\n<li>Leave used towels\/cloths in the kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Dishwasher clean, drained, and door left ajar.<\/li>\n<li>Remove all leftover food.<\/li>\n<li>Return keys to Hall Manager. Please report any damage incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*The cleaning solution is called A125 and can be found in the front closet to the right when you walk in. It is in a large plastic bucket on the floor in the mud room. It must be used in VERY dilute solution: only 2 o 3 tablespoons in the large mop bucket full of water.
